Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The shipping prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components.

We deliver worldwide.

In addition to the indicated prices, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros per order for delivery within Germany. In the other countries listed (see text paragraph above) we charge a flat rate of 13.90 euros per order. The flat-rate delivery charge includes the statutory value added tax. As the VAT on the flat rate shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate delivery charge can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.

Within Germany, from an order value of 100€ we deliver free of charge.

There are no shipping costs for digital content (e-books, software, etc.).
